Terroir & Sustainable Viticulture The grapes are mindfully cultivated in distinct, south-east-facing plots within the prestigious Tsinandali PDO, nestled 600–700 meters above sea level. Surrounded by a lush oak forest, these slopes feature well-drained clay-limestone soils. Following a philosophy of harmony between vine and terroir, the estate employs sustainable viticulture methods—such as cover cropping and pest mating disruption—to nurture a balanced, thriving ecosystem.

Vinification & Character To capture the grape’s peak intensity, the exceptional Saperavi harvest underwent skin fermentation in stainless steel tanks for two weeks at 25°C. This meticulous process yielded a remarkable extract, a deep, striking color, and a generous body with 13.5% alcohol.
