Distillation & Technical Purity Crafted with an authentic approach, this spirit is distilled using the premium grape pomace—a rich blend of fermented skins, pulp, and juice—remaining in the clay qvevri after the winemaking process. Distillation takes place in a high-quality copper reflux still using state-of-the-art Italian Barison equipment. This advanced process guarantees the highest standards of purity, flavor, and finesse, after which the spirit is gently reduced to 42% ABV to achieve absolute balance and a remarkably velvety profile.
