Distillation & Technical Purity The journey begins with sun-ripened quinces mindfully harvested from the thriving fruit trees around the estate’s vineyards, complemented by select fruit from local growers. The stone fruits are carefully pitted, gently mashed, and fermented. Using state-of-the-art Italian Barison distilling equipment, the fermented mass undergoes precise distillation in copper stills. This meticulous process preserves the pure varietal aromas, yielding a premium spirit of exceptional finesse and absolute clarity at 42% ABV.
